How much does it effect if you tie with the dealer the dealer wins? When playing with these rules can I still win with counting?

It depends on the other rules, but that sounds like an unbeatable game. Every blackjack game I’ve played has it as a tie when you push with the dealer. No one loses money.
i play at a casino where the dealer does not take their second card until all the players have finished with their hands, which means that the player taking a card directly affects the hole card that the dealer gets. Does the principle discussed in this video still work under these conditions.
It certainly does apply. The dealer waiting to taking their hole card really has no effect on your decisions as a player. You have to consider it still a random circumstance.
