I have a question, why should I bring cash to another city? Can’t we just put the money in credit cards, and take money from banks in Las Vegas? Is the handing fee in Vegas very high?

  2. Colin says:

You can use banks, but if you arrive on the weekend, or if it’s a large amount of cash, you might have issues.

    Thank you, I see.
Can I make a reservation with the bank in the local Las Vegas, and take large amount of money in that bank? Will it charge more handing fee? or free?

  4. Colin says:

CSM- yeah, you can call ahead to make sure they have available funds. No, there shouldn’t be any fee. I’ve never paid a fee for withdrawing my own money from a bank!

Everyone should open an account with Bank of America, Chase, Citibank etc if you plan to play big. I don’t see the need to carry large amounts through the airport anymore since there are more interstate banks. So, I dump my millions into my BOA account at home, fly to a destination, and then just take out what I need when I get there. If I know that I will arrive on the weekend, I take with me on the plane enough to cover my sessions until I can get to a bank branch. You could even plan to arrive on a Friday or early Saturday to get to the bank once you arrive. There are many BOA locations in Vegas. The security hassles and general question of safety are just not worth the risk.
