I am about to be 18 in a few months but I am getting a fake ID in about 2 weeks that will say that I am 21. If I happen to go to a casino and enter with this fake ID and win, can I still get my money or does it have to be a legit ID? What I am asking is if winning money from casinos involve legal transactions, etc where a fake ID will not help because if they match it with the database that cops have and with your social security so on and so forth. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks!
Thanks for answering. Well I guess I will have to wait out until this summer when I turn 18 then. Anyways I would really appreciate it if you answer my question please. Does changing the money you won in chips into cash require you to give any of your social security or bank account or anything like that? Do they only ask you for that when you win over $10,000 since they will need to report it to the IRS or do they always ask you for it. I do not have a bank account or credit cards or anything like that at the moment which is why I am asking. Thanks!
Jose- Yeah, if you have any buyin or cashout of 10K or more, you’ll have to fill out a document. As long as you pay taxes for all income, it’s nothing to be afraid of… I’ve had hundreds of “CTR’s” (cash transaction reports).

Jose,
I don’t recommend using a fake ID. It’s illegal, and we don’t do or recommend doing anything illegal.
